Registered Dental Assistant
Position Summary
The Registered Dental Assistant will support our periodontist and clinical team in delivering high-quality periodontal and implant treatment. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical areas are fully stocked and organized.
- Assist the periodontist during periodontal surgeries, implant procedures, and other specialty treatments.
- Take digital dental radiographs, impressions and CBCT.
- Prepare instruments and maintain sterilization protocols.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient education and instructions.
- Record clinical notes and update patient records accurately.
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Dental Assistant in good standing.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience in periodontics, oral surgery, or implant dentistry is an asset but not required.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced specialty environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with dental software is considered an asset.

Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time (2-4 days per week)
- 8: 10 am ? 4: 50 pm, No evenings/weekends
