Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Labourer to join our agricultural team. This role involves various tasks essential for maintaining the farm.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks.
- Participate in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in accordance with seasonal schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred to assist with the maintenance of farm equipment.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Basic math skills to assist with measuring and calculating necessary quantities for farming tasks.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various agricultural duties.
- Experience with farm machinery operation is advantageous. Will train capable candidate
- Willingness to engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly.
