Earth Works & Excavation Estimator
We are seeking a dedicated Earth Works & Excavation Estimator, duties include predicting the costs of labor, supplies, and materials, getting estimates from subcontractors, and preparing detailed reports for clients.
We are looking for people interested in a long-term commitment with room for advancement. Our vision for this position is someone who will work directly with clients.
As an Earth Works & Excavation Estimator:
- A strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in calculating material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Manage and supervise phases of project execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry.
- Preferred Education: Diploma in Construction Management
- 3+ years of experience in project management, estimating, or a related field within the construction industry.
