We are seeking an experienced Red Seal Carpenter who is confident in leading work on site and values quality, communication, and accountability.

Position Overview
- Lead residential projects of varying size and complexity
- Complete light-duty electrical and plumbing work, such as fixture swaps and basic connections
- Plan and organize work based on written scopes and client needs
- Oversee labourers and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Complete light electrical and plumbing tasks related to fixture changes and basic installations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate progress issues and solutions with homeowners and management
Required Qualifications
- Red Seal Carpenter certification
- Proven experience in residential construction and renovation
- Ability to read scopes and translate them into a clear work plan
- Comfortable supervising staff and making day to day site decisions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable self motivated and professional
