Rempel Backhoe & Gravel is looking for a Construction Equipment operator to join our team. We are a family run business working in all aspects of heavy construction, including water, sewer, aggregates, site grading, helical screw pile installation, and more. We are based near Riding Mountain, about 18 miles North of Neepawa. The successful person would be operating 1 or more of the following construction equipment. Wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, and more . Willing to train the right person.

-A willingness to learn and communicate
-Ability to work as a team
-Ability to work 12 hours/day, 5 days/ week, with occasional longer days or Saturdays
Experience in the following fields would be an asset
-Farm operating and general labour
-Equipment operation
-Truck operating, Class 1 or 3 licence
-Plumbing/Pipelaying
