Role Overview
Pioneer is seeking a motivated and dependable Seasonal Territory Helper to support our logistics and distribution operations during the peak spring planting season. This role is critical in ensuring our high-quality seed products reach our Pioneer agencies and customers on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Seed Transportation: Safely operate heavy vehicles to transport seed products between various Pioneer agencies and distribution points within the territory.
- Delivery Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including load manifests, signatures, and inventory logs to ensure seamless supply chain visibility.
- Logistics Support: Assist with the loading and unloading of seed containers (ProBoxes and bags) as required.
- Communication: Coordinate closely with Territory Managers and Sales Agencies to prioritize deliveries based on planting schedules.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operating conditions.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Class 3 Driver?s License with an Air Brake endorsement.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial driving or agricultural logistics is preferred.
- Schedule Flexibility: This is a seasonal peak-period role. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends, depending on weather and planting demands.
- Physical Ability: Able to climb in and out of trucks and perform physical tasks associated with seed delivery.
- Professionalism: A clean driving abstract and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
