Who we are looking for:
The Clarion Hotel & Suites is searching for a Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate must be available for AM, PM and weekend shifts. As a Front Desk Agent, exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis is required. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.
What you will learn:
You will learn a full working knowledge of the Choice Hotel Systems and Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.
Position Summary:
Through the guidance of the Guest Services Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service. You will be required to check guests in and out of the hotel as well as making, cancelling, and altering reservations, answering phones and handling guest questions. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed.
