Rent is $1560 per month, including water. Other utilities not included. Pets are negotiable with landlords approval.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The condo has had ongoing high-humidity issues, and it is strongly recommended the new tenant run a dehumidifier. During an inspection, mould and moisture were recently located in the garage and attic (the attic is not fully sealed off from the living space, as gaps around vent pipes were recently identified). It is currently unclear if or when the landlords intend to remediate the mould and moisture in the attic, and fully seal off the attic from sharing air with the living space. We are waiting to hear back from the Residential Tenancies Branch in Brandon for how to proceed. Full inspection documents are available for review upon request (I wasn't able to attach them to this post).
