Seasonal Crop Scout - Minnedosa, MB
These are seasonal positions with a term of May 4 to September 4, 2026.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the Agro Manager, Crop Scouts will work closely with our Senior Agronomist(s) to provide excellent customer service, weed and insect identification, soil sampling, learn scouting techniques, crop nutrient and protection recommendations and data entry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Field/crop scouting
- Delivering product to farms
- Assisting with shipping and receiving of crop protection products and seed bags
- Assisting with Guest appreciation events
- Assisting with receiving and shipping of fertilizer
- Operating yard maintenance equipment when needed.
- Adding and updating field information for Guests
- Assisting with the set up and record keeping of insect monitoring traps.
- Assist the Agronomist/Agro Manager as needed.
- May also assist another Agro site when needed.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly efficient organizational abilities
- You are enrolled in an Agriculture Diploma or Degree program.
- Strong communication skills; both oral and written
- Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License
