Student Works Painting is hiring full-time painters for the summer season, running from early May to the end of August, with flexible working hours. This role involves completing residential painting projects, including interior and exterior work, as well as staining and sealing decks and fences. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming, applying paint and stain, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety guidelines. This is a piece rate position, meaning pay is based on the amount of work completed, so efficient, high-quality work leads to higher earnings. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking, and available full-time over the summer, and comfortable working outdoors and on ladders. No prior experience is required, as training is provided.
