Heritage Co-op is hiring seasonal Aerial Ground Crew Members to work out of our Westman Aerial location near Douglas, MB.
(Term position from June to October 2026)

What you?ll do:
This position will support aerial application activities in an accurate, prompt, and safe manner. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately preparing crop protection products in a safe and efficient manner for aerial application aircraft. Aerial ground crew members must follow established procedures for loading products and servicing aircraft, as well as ensuring safety at work. Defensive, safe, courteous driving habits are also a key responsibility.
Who you are:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow methodical ways of doing things as well as assume responsibility to follow through on details.
- Willing to work extended hours during the busy summer season
- Willing to be trained in WHMIS, TDG, and OH&S
