T.L. Penner Construction is looking for a reliable Construction Labourer to join our growing team. This is a hands?on role supporting construction projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and not afraid of physical work.
Responsibilities
- General labour duties on construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting skilled trades and supervisors
- Site cleanup and organization
- Operating basic tools and equipment
- Following safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to work away from home (Monday to Friday) some job sites are away from the Virden away
