Position Overview
We are seeking a Seasonal Gardener Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial landscape beds, with a focus on consistent, high-quality results and overall property appearance.
Key Responsibilities
Prune and maintain flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plantings
Trim and shape hedges
Weed and maintain landscape beds
Assist with seasonal clean-ups (spring and fall)
Monitor plant health, identify issues, and report with recommended solutions
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications
Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred
Physically capable of outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Working knowledge of plant care, pruning, and landscape maintenance practices
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Valid driver?s license
