Full time receptionist required for J&M Industries Ltd. to begin July 15.
Functioning as an essential part of the team, the Receptionist performs and coordinates office/reception related activities and contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of J&M Industries. Providing services in confidential reception and clerical services to maintain a professional business environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Grade 12 education (MB Standards)
* Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as Internet applications and other Information Technology
* Ability to respect and promote confidentiality
* A minimum of two (2) years Reception experience
* Effective writing skills are required to take messages, compose memos, update information/files
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally at all times.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
* Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
