In a 2 story upstairs room( fully furnished ) house has Washer & Dryer(in basement),,Air Conditioned , Shared Kitchen Shared Bathroom, Shared Fridge & Stove, House has WiFi for all your devices, Veranda out front for sitting when it`s warm, Parking is a problem as driveway is too small so if you have a vehicle you would have park on the street (So Sorry). If Renter wants room or stay longer that shouldn`t be a problem. House is close to to Superstore, Living Delight, Subway, Velvet Dip, ACC, BU, Popyeye`s, Brandon Hospital and the downtown area. If renter has no vehicle Owner would be nice to give you a ride if needed if I`m available. Owner has small dog in the house who can be annoying at times. Price of the room is $550.00 per month for the room.
