Trailer was used only a few nights per year in our 10 years of ownership so it's in excellent condition. Tires were replaced in 2024, ducted air and heat, electric awning and electric tongue jack, both the fridge and hot water tank work off either propane or electric. Separate front bedroom with sliding door and a good size bathroom in the back with lots of storage. 1 small slide for the couch. Dry weight is 4,754 lbs. Asking $14,900 OBO and it's currently located in the west end of Brandon.
