Designer/Sales Representative
Granite Dynasty Inc is seeking a designer/sales representative for our Brandon Showroom location.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented person to join our team.
In this role, you will work directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers to help customers select the right quartz products and bring their countertop projects to life. The ideal candidate combines creativity and design sense with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements
- Recommend quartz colors, patterns, and countertop solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with customers
- Manage projects from initial consultation through order confirmation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers
- Generate new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the sales process
What We?re Looking For
- Previous experience in countertops, kitchen & bath, interior design, construction, or sales is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to read measurements, floor plans, or drawings
- Strong computer skills; experience with design or estimating software is an asset
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- A positive, motivated, and results-oriented attitude
