I ordered a chair in June for my husband. It shipped from Australia, to Singapore (the hub of the shipping world). It arrived in Vancouver and (customs) would not release it due to tarrifs? Fretivo, who the company hired to deliver my chair said, give us a chance we can get this done correctly. Ordered and shipped another chair. It arrived in Brandon. I live in Brandon. HOWEVER. I am located in a new development and my address does not show up on a GPS. BUT other addresses show up on Wheatgrass Bay. Fretivo delivered my chair and got a signature from WHERE. I paid for a chair in June and I've never received this chair. Who has my chair? It was a lift chair for my 82 yr old husband who has parkinson's and alzhiemers. Where is the sense of decency? Does anyone know anything about this chair?
