Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our restaurant team. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist with garbage and recycling removal.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and food preparation areas.
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures meet health and safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizational duties as needed.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Follow all workplace safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
