Fun, spirited group of I’d say at least a couple hundred at Rideau Park yesterday, majority decked out in yellow soccer jerseys... right on down to a dog that was even fitted with one. Saw one float hooked up to a trailer parked at the Park ... when was the actual parade?

Saw the parade on Victoria avenue. Lots of decorated vehicles and music going. Looked like a real fun time ! Also saw some floats attached to the vehicles. Great to see Brandon supporting its various cultures.

To miss a lot of these fun events just because I don’t hear about them. Is there a certain place I can download to get upcoming events. ?

At Rideau Park. Lots of dancer, music, Columbia’s food and a piñata for the kids. Was a great day

I agree. I would like to know about this next year too. It sounds like lots of fun!

Colombia’s Independence Day is July 20th so put it on your calendar for next year. There are also fun things in Winnipeg too.
