Has anyone got groceries at the Brandon store? How did you like it....  
The app is very easy and I see no charge for pick up...

It worked well but my "free" pickup cost me $5. Why?  
 
They did not give me my reward dollars on my $250 purchase and  
They did not give me the multiples discount I would have got in store. If something was $3 or buy 2 for $5-i got 2 and was charged the full $3 each. No discount at checkout.  
 
I marked "No substitutions" and that was okay but I did get a couple wrong varieties in my canned stuff.  
 
I have not used it again.

I used to be a Walmart and sobeys shopper but when I heard great things about SS’s click and collect, I tried it and was hooked!!! Lol. And I was never a SS shopper before. We still shop sobeys for meat but the bulk of it is from SS now. I like that they bring it right to you whereas with Walmart you still have to go into the store. The produce is much better at SS than Walmart too. I was getting tired of buying crap from Walmart and being overcharged at sobeys. SS is a nice medium

When this first came out it just screamed lazy to me however as time went on and I really thought about it I get it if your stay at home mom,or you work all day and last thing you want is to grocery shop so yes now I get it. But getting back on the topic I dont trust them to handle my food it's bad enough I have to trust them in store, now what I mean by that is particularly meat and frozen items how long to they sit around between being picked and you picking them up? And like previously posted getting the wrong items or no discounts etc it's the same thing to me as the self checkouts more of a headache then anything. Ex. Me and the wife were at Walmart the other day which I try to stay clear of now with all them checkouts and we needed the attendant 3 times for about 8 items and yes I have used them lots in the past and know what I am doing all 3 times it had to do with barcodes or discounts so now what if it was super busy and 5 people needed this attendant before us we have to wait half a hour lol our world is becoming horrible.anyways at the end of the day it's all about that dollar dont ever think it's for you because it's not free ain't always free they will get you one way or another just remember the 250$ in rewards and the sale items is that worth them picking your items for you or the hassle in the self checkout bagging and doing your own groceries what's next no servers or hosts at restraunts or every where you go is self serve gas or get your own coffee at timmies geeze maybe you might even be cooking your burgers at McDonalds next year and you will take a nap on the way there in your self driven car Haha lmao I don't know what to think anymore I shake my head...

Prices are going to be the exact same at both kinds of tills, they all run on the same hardware and they all run with the same software. You just happen to be able to catch them more at a self check out because you're paying attention to the prices as they scan.

And if you catch it, your item should be free.
