    Need help!! My cousin’s girlfriend are planning of applying for studen aid (loan) @ government for university. She’s wondering if the government will gonna let her money for university thought loan if she had bad credit history?  
    Any opinions are welcome, no hate.

    But I believe they take bad credit case by case but are more lenient then a bank as government can automatically garnash or hold back funds the applicant may get for tax return or gst credit etc etc

    They base their decision on need and not credit. The only credit they will deny you for is an outstanding previous student loan. If they have never had a student loan or if they have but it’s paid off, then apply!
