I really have to rant about this! Been holding back for a couple years now... Here it goes..  
 
So I travel highway 10 between erickson and Brandon almost daily and people drive like absolute idiots! I usually have my cruise control set between 100 and 110. i don't mind when I come across the odd person doing 90, because I can pass them. It's when people do less than 90. Or do less than 90 then when they hit the passing lanes do 120 then back to 90 when they leave the passing lanes.... OR!!! They do 90 while in the passing lane and don't move over to the right!!!! Now you might be thinking "elderly people"? NO.. They are between the ages of 16 and 60 that I have observed. I have came close to being in or witnessing accidents due to some very bad drivers on that highway..  
 
Over the last couple years, many people I've talked to have complained about the same things I've just mentioned..

Most of my closest encounters in a vehicle have been between here and minnedosa, I travel a lot of the different highways in a 200km radius of brandon but 10 north was always the worst.  
 
I think the passing lanes are really helping out though, even if the odd person speeds up for the passing lane before slowing after.  
 
My biggest gripe was the people who felt the need to pass when cresting that hill that was reformed into the passing lane just north of rapid city corner.  
 
I lost track of how many times I was cresting that hill and either had to slam on the brakes or quickly pull onto the shoulder to avoid some idiot oncoming in my lane.
