Too much risk and liability and I am pretty sure not allowed.

Yeah, they'd be too short for all the rides I'm sure. No fun for them!

How old do kids need to be in order to ride the kids rides? And to answer the OP I don't think pets are allowed at the fair unless they are a service animal.

For the kids rides it is typically 36"-46" to ride alone, depending on the ride. I believe that if they are shorter than that, they will need a parent? My 3yo was tall enough for most of the little kid rides. I could have gone on with her with the other rides, but I'm pregnant and was not too particularly fond of jolting around and delivering a baby at the fair grounds haha

Even if dogs were allowed (fairly certain they are not), I don't think that would be a good thing to do on the pet's behalf with all the sirens, noise, loud entertainment and the general sounds of the fair. Service dogs are trained to handle different situations, but most household dogs might be terrified.

Why do you need to bring a dog to the fair? Leave them at home. I don't get why some people have to take there dog everywhere they go.

I’m with you...I don’t get this new “need” to take your dog everywhere. Obviously service dogs are okay and understood....but your pet?? No.

OP, is there a reason you want to bring your dog to the fair?

If I had a cat, can I bring it anywhere I want? Maybe to the fair as well. Though it's very unlikely a cat would want to travel everywhere with a person. Would cut into their 21 hours of sleep time.

It doesn’t i:nclude admission. You pay $14 to get in at the gate. Then $45 at ticket booth for the POP

You buy your POP pass inside the fair at a ticket booth (not at the gate). You will have to pay admission to enter.

Only the advanced purchased POP includes the gate admission.
