New to Manitoba & looking at rentals. What experience have you had with this rental agency...ie..return of calls/emails...efficiency of repairs etc...?

They are my current landlord in The Groves..had an issue with the a/c this summer ... was fixed the next day... the guys doing snow removal this winter for them have been awesome.

Fully enjoy the place we’re in. The company is good to deal with, minus one not so friendly front counter worker at the office. No issues with repairs or finances. Would recommend

I've been renting from them for the last 3 years and have had no problems. If an issue has ever popped up its been dealt with in a timely fashion.
Jason? I believe is the guy in charge, does a good job and I've never had a problem with the staff. Tracking down rent for thousands of properties cant be an easy task!!!
