I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of the service department at C and C Rentals in Brandon. I want to make a purchase and want to make sure the after sales part will go good, if I need my machine serviced.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. C&C has always carried brand name products and their service department has always been very reliable and in stocking parts. I have bought numerous things from them over the years (chainsaws, string trimmers, lawn mowers) and the service has always been excellent.

So when you have an item in need of repair and the part is back-ordered and coming from the States, is that C & C's fault? C & C have been around for many many years. You don't stay in business that long with a poor reputation. C & C is a reputable company, no need to slander them when it's something beyond their control.

Exactly. C&C is a reputable company that has been around for years. They try their best and sometimes things are just out their control, especially in the current times we are living in. I've had mostly good experiences and even in the odd not so good one they have been more then accommodating and made it up to me. Likely why I keep going back to them. Talk to them and ask questions and they will let you know.
