Bargain Bin

The ad has to have been live for at least a week before the price change is made in order to qualify. Want to make sure that the list in the bargain bin is as close to a true list of items that have been reduced after not selling and having this criteria prevents the odd case where someone posts an ad with a price, immediately reducing it and having it show up in the 'bin.'
