Wondering if anyone else has had an idea like this

we all know of the discussions that are going on about the election and its canidates. (everything that they are promising)
now i was wondering if there is any type of groups that our children can go to after school, or anytime. example sports, arcade room etc.
a place where these kids ages 5 to 18, can go to stay out of gangs, and somewhere interactive.
pay a small fee for the place to stay up and running ($5 for part time or 10bucks i mean for a month)
i have lived here in brandon for just about 10 years and i have not been able to find anything of the sort. i know in my home town they used to have an arcade place that had a couple ofvideo games(ie pacman, starship) a pool table, air hockey etc. they had drinks and snacks available too. there was also adults present too.
is there anything like that here in brandon or anywhere in canada.
i know the goverment plans to crack down on violence, but what are they planning to do right now for our kids to stay out of these gangs?
