eBrandon future

What is the future of eBrandon?
Asking out of pure curiosity, as opposed to spite, of course...
The reason I ask, is where do you go from here Adam?
This site has the potential to be THE source of local information to the city of Brandon, not because of the popularity, but rather the ease of access and use. However, if it can be used as a mass driving force for the economic growth of areas, especially Downtown, What is the plan?
A few ideas, not being critical...
1.) More people. More activity.
In order to truly affect the city, there must be more people here.
2) Less complaining.
Really. Adam does a great job of filtering, but really people. Think before you type. Some of the ridiculous things that are said in groups (not singling out this one in particular, as anyone with Usenet experience can relate to the pettiness of the internet) as well as some truly small things to complain about. If we are not careful, it becomes more malicious gossip. As I have said before, we set the example, we are the ambassadors to the internet.
3) More business advertising. The cost is right for any business, but imagine the promotion that could be done if all downtown business were to advertise, promote themselves in mail outs, or discussions, etc. It simply doesn't take much to make up a small blog and drive it, but I don't believe most businesses understand eBrandon, or in the least, understand the cost.
Promotion of the city should be the foremost thought of the majority of people.
