Bought Sat Dish off E-bandon missing parts ?

Bought Sat Dish off E-bandon missing parts, the seller never included the mounting brackets for the dish. Called him to see if he wouldn't mind removing them from his roof so I could pick them up to remount the dish. The seller refused to help me out. To buy a new brace and mounting brackets for this dish would be more than I payed for the dish.
What should one do ?
