opinions on boissevain ?

hi my family and i are thinking about moving to boissevain. we're a small family with a 6yr old, i'm somewhat tomboyish and my husbands a normal guy. i'm looking for opinions about the town , school ,cost ect. how easy was/is it to meet new people if you don't go to church thing like that.
