Just thought I'd make a mention of a very useful new blog that's been started on eBrandon over the last couple of weeks... newly elected school board member Kevan Sumner's "eTrustee"
The blog isn't intended to be a direct substitution for meeting minutes, but includes Kevan's commentary on various issues relating to the division, board and board meetings. Because he's been on eBrandon for quite some time and gained a reputation during the election as being one of the more tech-savvy candidates, he's able to use eBrandon to connect with us in new ways that maybe weren't as common in the pre-internet era. Of note, in a posting this week it sounds like a specific concern from an eBrandon discussion thread was brought up at a recent board meeting.
Kevan Sumner's blog can be found at the link below... and new entries will automatically be linked from the front page of this site.

If you represent the public ANYWHERE in Southwestern Manitoba (not just Brandon) be it on school board, as a councillor, Mayor, MLA or MP this same option to have a front-and-centre Blog is available to you and it costs nothing. I provide the space as long as it's being used to connect with and inform the public. Just send me a PM or click on the contact link on any page in the site to drop me a note!
