Just a friendly note for some of our newer members. As tempting as it might be, the intention of this site isn't as a place to post public complaints about specific local businesses. The best way to have those complaints dealt with is to contact the manager of the store themselves (or head office depending on the store and how understanding the manager is).  
 
Sometimes there are things that happen that do need some venting, and you can feel free to use eBrandon as a place to do that. When doing so, however, please do not identify the specific business as I have no way of verifying complaints and preventing both myself and the poster of the complaint from being legally vulnerable.
