What is your favourite Canadian coffee (roasted in Canada)?

Where do you purchase it? What about that coffee makes you recommend it?

My favorite is Kicking Horse, Kick Ass coffee beans. Loved it. Coffee always tastes better when it is freshly grinded. My second is, and it surprised me; McDonalds coffee. Don't know if it is roasted in Canada or not.

Forbidden Blend from Forbidden Flavors. Roasted right here in Brandon too I believe.

We get the Forbidden Blend from Forbidden Flavours at work, and it's the best. Jason roasts the beans himself, and we have been provided a grinder to grind the beans fresh right before we brew the coffee. Soooo tasty.

The Black Pearl in Winnipeg has some amazing single origin beans and blends that Trevis sources out himself.

In Brandon, Forbidden Flavours Prairie Blend is my favourite! It's a dark roast blend!

I'd like to try Fraser Sneath Coffee that I notice just opened up downtown!

In Winnipeg I really like Little Sister Coffee in Osbourne Village! I also like Thom Bargain!!

For the stuff I use at home, I like the Kenyan coffee from Forbidden Flavours.

When I'm out for coffee, a pour-over from Brew'd Awakenings is the best in town. I like the Kenyan they carry too (roastery from BC I believe), but they have several good options.
