Where is the power out? Calling Manitoba Hydro will usually get you the response as to why power is out in an area.

I am sure they are aware of it by now... I live south of Richmond on 6th, no power. As well my daughter's school, Neelin no power, traffic lights out in areas as well..please everyone drive with caution...

It's been out here in the south end (south of crocus) for about 40 minutes now. No idea why though.

Just left house 5 mins ago.... Saw lot and hydro and emergency vehicles in behind McMunn and Yates/ Boston pizza area...traffic lights just started working as I turned off Ottawa onto 9th...
