To knowledgeable people: why can't I download my manulife bank statements anymore? It downloads in format htm file instead of adobe acrobat document so every time I click on it the file shows nothing just empty bank white space.  
My royal bank statements download fine. I don't get it this same laptop (windows 8.1) I use only different bank website to download my statements.  
Is it me doing something wrong or the bank website?

Does your computer have the option to print to pdf? (instead of a printer)

will print my rbc statements but won't print my manulife statemnts because the document shows blank when i open.  
It is the download manulife that doesn't work , rbc is all fine
