Why???? Is MTS knocking on people's doors at 8:00 in the evening? Well 8:20 to be exact. They have damn telephones, the internet and mail, to reach their customers. They don't need to be knocking on the door! I will not open my door to a stranger. Like come on. And yes I will call in the morning and they will hear from me

I'm curious as to what they wanted and how you knew it was MTS. Vehicle parked out front maybe? Only thing I could think of that would cause they to visit in person at that time would be because they were servicing the area and wanted to notify you of an interruption. A phone interruption would mean no way to contact emergency services and I would think that would require a visit to the affected houses.
