I assumed all taxi companies were 24-hours. I would genuinely be surprised if they weren't.

I believe 1 United shuts down for a few hours in the early morning hours, other then that I think all the other company's are open 24 hours a day, or if you phone them your number gets forwarded to one of there sister company's.
