My neighbor cross street rented them house out. Don't know how many people living there, but at least they got 5vehicles. And them tenants always parking in front of my house(you can parking on both side of our street). When we got friends come visit us and they couldn't find a parking lot. Even sometime we need parking on the street,but we can't. What I can do? Can I call a towing truck come tow them vehicle out?

Hate to say it but if its a public street there''s not much you can do unless the vehicles are blocking your driveway or parked within a certain distance of your driveway. I''ve been dealing with the same issued since day one of moving into my house because of an apartment at the end of my street. The worst part is people seem to think they can park like morons and which ever way they want and for days on end without moving. I even called By-law enforcement and was told that because its a public street, it is free for anyone to park on as long as their not blocking access to your driveway, more than a certain amount of distance from the curb or driveway approach and not parked on the street for more than 48 hours.  
 
But I would suggest talking to the landlord or tenants if possible and explaining the situation. That's the only thing that worked for me.

A vehicle isn't allowed to stay in the same spot on a public street for more than 48 hours without moving. You can call bylaw if a car is parked for two days. But if it's a public street it doesn't matter if they are parking in front of your house.. you don't own the street

This sounds like the same scenario that my husband and I are having. What area do u live in? Or send me a pm.

You want to have their vehicle towed off a PUBLIC street.... So you or your guests can park there? Really?

I've lived on Lorne Ave. for 5 years now, and across the street is a home that either has a private daycare or the people living there have a lot of relatives with kids.  
 
From Day 1 their "people" have clogged up the street parking from stop sign up to the 2nd block. Then, when they changed the parking to only one side of the street? they now clog up the one side.  
 
This, has been happening for years, and my people (friends and family) have to park almost 2 blocks away when visiting.  
 
Not a darn thing I can do either, as it's first come first serve. All I can say is my home is for sale & I can't wait to get out of there and have a whole new set of "neighbor" issues ha!

Every neighborhood has people that think they own the street Infront of their house, it's why you get a house with a long ass driveway, mine goes all the way to the back property line
