To the person who between 4-10 on Feb. 2nd took out my drivers side mirror on my vehicle has any conscience, quilty feelings, remorse and wants to make a wrong right, please message me. It was very disheartening to see after leaving my second job of the day. I would not have even been parked there if it wasn't that I needed to work two jobs. Now I'm in a position to come up with $300 to have it fixed. Ugh!  
I guess it could be worse. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you did this to my vehicle. We all know there's many people out there just like you! I forgive you.

What kind of vehicle do you drive?

Maybe post the location your vehicle was parked and make and model and hopefully there was a witness that saw that and could help back you up with MPI.

If anyone sees or knows of someone with a black firebird with passenger side damage its likely the one involved in a hit and run accident with my daughter at 26th and Vic on Feb 27. A witness stopped and gave a good des:cription but didnt get the plate number.

Good idea to list street and make of vehicle. I was parked at 1128 6th St between 4-10 Feb. 2nd when my 2009 Blue Pontiac Torrent drivers mirror was taken off by someone/something. Therefore there should be a vehicle out there with extensive damage to their passenger side of their vehicle. Have filed incident with Police and MPI. Very sad for me.  
If anyone has any info that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

It won't make any difference with MPI if there was a witness, unless it leads to catching the offender. We have a witness to my daughter's hit and run but she is still on the hook for the deductible unless the guilty party is found.

I see that your mirror was off when I went to pick up my kid from school and that was at 5:15pm. No I didn't see who did it , just seen the pieces on the road. Sorry for you luck

Oh I saw that ...the truck caught that little ridge between cleared and parked car lane and kinda bounced up it and back down.... it was about 445 ish I was on my way home ....dark truck dodge I believe black but may have been navy ...I saw it ramp up and something fly up on his passengers side..didn't have a chance to see exactly what though, too much traffic driving in the middle of the road in that area.sucks they didn't stop or go back and leave a note or something..

Thank you so much to those who commented on my hit and run situation. Some good info, not sure if it will help but appreciate you taking the time to message. I've only been in Brandon for almost a year now from another province and it's good to know there are people here in Brandon who do care and show concern. If the person who did this and still wants to make a wrong right, please feel free to drop off the $300 deductible at the MPI office- claim # 51865822. I know I'm pushing the limit here. Doesn't hurt to try.

I have a mirror for you if you want. It is black though but it would save you $300 and not have to make a claim. Up to you but if you want it feel free to send me a message.

Wow! what a generous offer of a mirror from someone who doesn't even know me. I have private messaged them. Good to know that yes, there are some really awesome people out there. Nice to experience first hand. Good luck to the other individual who also found themselves in the same boat. Please people drive safe, take your time, slow down and watch out for others. You never know when you may find yourself in the same boat, which apparently is going to sink from all the cases out there. So sad.
