When I try to private message someone, I can't. I am told to log in or sign up for an account when I already have an account and am already signed in. So, in an effort to get to pm, I tried to log out...but as soon as I opened eBrandon again, I was still logged in. I am unsure how to follow through in contacting the person that I want to when it gives me this message.  
 
I was hoping to contact abbysmum.

when I have tried to logout, I have to do it three or four times. before I open and can log in again.
