As always when sending replies online it's important to make sure that there isn't a spam filter on your account that's getting in the way. When you first reply to an ad the eBrandon system sends you a confirmation email of that reply. If you aren't receiving that confirmation that's the first hint that either you made a typo in your email address when replying, or there's a spam filter on your email account. If it's the latter you'll want to confer with your email provider's tech support to ensure that they allow messages from eBrandon to reach your inbox. If it's Gmail double check that there aren't messages in a "categories" folder. Failing all of the above you could try a different email account.
