I was curious. If you get your bleached, does toning cost extra or is it i:ncluded? I'm assuming i:ncluded as you would have to tone after bleaching?

Every process costs extra. I had my hair done 3 weeks ago at a place I thought I would stay loyal to, until they charged for not only what they charge normally for a color foil, but also charged me for the product they put in! Double charged. And they didn't even get the foiled color close to my scalp. I was charged double the amount I usually pay for not as much work. It was also a stylist I'd never gone to before. They kept on coming back to me in the chair with different estimations of cost.  
So yes, toner is extra charge.
