Issues With Some Westman Channels

Before calling and opening a support ticket, I was hoping to get some feedback as to if this is limited to my setup or more widespread (aka not worth calling). I've been noticing issues with channels 22 and 99 dropping out, or just pixelating a lot.
I have a suspicion it could be the way my apartment was wired. The former tenant's BellMTS installer cut the old coax instead of drilling a new hole and installing a jack beside it, so a new coax was run but under the neighbour's door instead of over it. Though I doubt that is the issue at the moment (the internet never drops out), it may be something to look point out if this isn't widespread.
