They're at it again...

excerpt from Brandon Sun today: " A Winnipeg TV station is reporting that a teenage girl was injured in what police allege was another intentional hit and run by a stolen car."
I watched this last week on CTV news. Kids stealing cars and trying to run down joggers in Winnipeg. Now, evidently its happening again with yet another group of kids. They caught them this time... 2 17yr olds,a 16yr old and a 14yr old. This is just crazy!
And, I'll wager that nothing more than a slap on the wrist will come of their arrest. How long before it starts happening here??? "shudder"
Is this to become the 'new craze' ?
