Canada's most polite cities. How would you rate Brandon?

You might have heard about an interesting study Reader's Digest just released the results of. They went through Canada's 15 best cities and came up with a "politeness" ranking.
They based their ranking on
- whether people held the door for the next person
- whether salespeople thanked you for your purchase
- whether people would pick up a dropped folder
Winnipeg came in at a tie for 9th place. The total rankings were:
Moncton, NB
Calgary, AB
Vancouver, BC
Edmonton, AB
Victoria, BC
Charlottetown, PEI
St. John's, NFLD
Montreal, PQ
Winnipeg, MB
Halifax, NS
Regina, SK
Quebec City, PQ
Toronto, ON
Saskatoon, SK
Ottawa, ON
It gets one wondering. How well would you rate Brandon on each of the three criteria?
