Need urgent help with depression/addiction. Any recommendations for counselors/therapists?

Depending what you mean by urgent you can call mental health services at 578-2400 to get set up with a counsellor/psychiatrist which is a MB health covered service. You will be assessed by an intake worker and providing you meet the criteria will be set up with a case worker who can help with those issues. However, if by urgent you mean you plan to harm yourself, go to the ER or please call 725-4411 which is the Mobile Crisis Unit. They will meet you where you are and help you. Best of luck!
