So I was going to the flyers this week and noticed there was items on sale that I needed. So I went to my local pharmacy that is a Guardian/Rexall and they do do the flyer sale. And wouldn’t honour the pricing!
Is it legal for them not to do a sale that the company sends out or is it just the pharmacy manager choosing not to bother with it ?

I drove all the way across town to get one of their deals from their flyer and they wouldn't honor it. I ended up price matching at a different store and won't be shopping at the other one anytime soon.

Have you actually read the fine print of the flyer? They all have fine print.

Right off the Guardian Flyer....Our pharmacies are independently owned and operated by your local community pharmacists. This flyer is valid at participating fully promotional locations only.

Maybe our location isn't one of them.

Do we only have one Guardian/Rexall pharmacy in Brandon? If so, then why is the flyer being distributed in Brandon if our store doesn't honour what's in it? The company is paying for that flyer to be distributed, what's the point?

I believe there are a few...... Corral Centre has a rexall one and there are some on 18th
I just thought if They carry the product line the sales were the same.
