Has anyone tried this, for pain, excema, etc? Results? Can it be bought local or does it have to be purchased online?

Even for CBD oil, even if it has only .01% THC (the psycho-active ingredient) you still need an Rx. I know this doesn't answer your question, but I wanted to make sure that nobody got into trouble.

Aurora Cannabis is also a good company as well but if you're looking mostly for CBD i would recommend CannaFarms for CBD and CannTrust for consistent inventory of CBD Oil.

Is made from hemp. You do not need a medical perscription for just plain CBD oil. If you're wanting something with more thc you need a perscription.

If you have medical issues why not get a pres:cription? You then can experiment with different oils to find out what works best for you.  
 
I have multiple family members who have gotten their pres:cription and I strongly recommend it. CBD oil is great for a lot of things but most of my family members use the 1:1 oil in the evening as it works better.  
 
I would also imagine medical grade from CannTrust would be of a better quality than that other stuff that people are selling on Facebook etc. Plus if you have a medical license you can claim it on your income tax as a medical expense.

You're half right. There is hemp CBD and there is also cannabis CBD. Cannabis CBD is more widely used for treating medical conditions and is also the most popular form of CBD. Hemp CBD is not as popular because it does not contain the full spectrum of cannabinoids. It has been found that a full spectrum of cannabinoids enhances the extract’s medical benefits since the cannabinoids have a synergistic effect on each other.

So my next question is once it becomes legal will you still need a pres:cription for the stronger oil?

That's what I thought too.

From my understanding medical grade will always require a license.  
 
It’s a really easy process and I recommend it to anyone with medical issues. It’s a game changer

From 1:20 CBD for about a year for nerve pain- arthritis - chronic pain and very happy with service from Cannimed .. but I think they were bought by some else. Decreased other pain meds by at least half if not more.

By your "Friend" do you mean "you"? Sorry you just sounds way to much like all the other people i see pushing Hemp Oil on Facebook saying to PM them for details about these great hemp oils there "friends" sell.

I had a family member who was making his own oil illegally. He got his card and now buys it through his licensed supplier. He said the difference in quality was huge. My other family member also got his license and is now completely off Oxy. The difference is life changing. They both use the 1:1 oil though as well as the CBD but say it isn’t as effective as the 1:1.

It’s not easy to get a licence for it. My old family doctor was flat out against it and said no. He has since moved and now I have no family doctor. Can’t exactly walk into a walk in office and ask for it.  
 
No diagnosis, just chronic pain for years that they say is all in my head. No doctor is going to just give me a pres:cription. It sucks.

Go see Rick at Growers. He will give you the forms. You fill out a release form that says you give the online doctor access to your medical records. If there is a record on file at your doctors office of the medical visits, medical issues they have to release this info. Then you get a video call with a doctor that will talk over your paperwork you filled out and give you a pres:cription. They send it to the distributor that you pick, then you register online, place your order and your card comes with your order in the mail.  
 
The doctor can drag his feet in releasing your info like my one family member did but that was resolved quickly with a firm phone call to the doctors office. If there is a history of medical issues then it’s easy! One family member had his in 2 weeks the other had his in 1.5 months (only because the doctors office said they did not receive the fax).

I tried the hempworx oil and it was so weak it did nothing for me. Paid over $100.00 for small bottle and the distributor did say it had to be under a certain percentage to not need a prescription. If you have serious pain this will have no effect.

dont know if it works. but herbal dispatch has them. ive ordered from them. and i know lots of ppl who do and don''t have a card. who the hell even cares if its illegal. most stupidest thing to be illegal in the history of man kind.

The thing is if you have access to the oil now it is either hemp oil or low grade CBD.  
 
If you truly have issues then why not get a card and get the good stuff

It was on display at the wellness fair held in January at the westman centennial auditorium. I was offering contact for people interested. I was not selling it. In fact I do not know the company I just saw it there.  
It was on main floor across from the booth I was working for MY FRIEND a person who does a lot of research into products and who just recently in fact yesterday received her oil from Hempworx.  
 
I may have made an error in what it is exactly because as I eluded to I know nothing. She was showing it to me. She shared her knowledge and told me her doctor is totally behind it because he does not want a mom on oxy.  
 
Not sure why that sounds like someone selling it.  
 
I am not a sales person and have not sold anything since Tupperware in the 80s.  
 
Before you rant maybe you should have taken time to re read the post and took it for what it was. A person offering advice as to where to turn to find someone with some personal experience, with the product.  
 
As I said my friend is researching it for herself which is what everyone needs to do. She maybe a good reference for someone interested.  
 
Heck no do not ever just take one persons advice but multiple ones.  
 
Same as with anything in life do your own research which the OP was doing by asking for personal experience.

I guess I know where I will be going to get my prescription refilled in May.....  
 
The cheapest I have paid for a cannabis prescription has been $60 - the first one was over $200.  
 
Despite the bad publicity pot getsa, it has allowed me to completely stop using anti-anxiety and sleeping medication.  
 
The only drawback is that it is not covered under my insurance plan

You don’t know where the hemp plants are growing.. Hemp plants are used to absorb toxins so if you are buy the oil from plants absorbing toxins like mercury and lead, you’re doing more damage.

I'm about to try it out. Hoping it gives some relief to me.

Rick at Growers has options available with 2 different organizations, if you follow through until consultation they make you aware of the fees, either one quoted approx $190 upfront and a yearly fee for re-applying($190/yr for growers less per year for just card).  
 
NHS in Winnipeg doesn't have these fees to the best of my knowledge.

My 2 family members got their license through Rick within the last 7 months. It was free for both. 1 family member has already been through renewal and it again was free.
