Is there a store in Brandon that sells sugar free pudding mixes and, cake mixes etc? I’m having trouble locating these items. Thanks.

I would try bulk barn or 2 farm kids. Not sure you can find this is a typical grocery store. I would call a few places instead of driving all over Brandon. Good luck

I thought I had seen sugar-free pudding mixes at Superstore, but checking their website I think I must be thinking of fat-free. However, I noticed they have sugar-free pudding cups, if that's helpful?  
 
Otherwise I would try two farm kids and Headley's. Either of those might have it, if you call them they will know for sure.  
 
Incidently, neither of those items would be hard to make sugar-free, depending on how to define "sugar-free" or why you need it sugar-free. Splenda measures cup for cup supposedly with sugar, and neither cake nor pudding is hard to make from scratch (although both would have a lot of naturally-occurring sugar/starch in them from the flours/cornstarch, etc). Also, some people consider baking with honey to be "no added sugar". So just in case you don't find what you're looking for!

Pudding mixes are available at Walmart, Coop, or just about any grocery store. They are Jello brand and instant pudding mixes (no cook mixes). Sugar free cake mixes I've never been able to find them in Canada. Readily available in the US though. Can order them online from US Walmart.

do not measure cup for cup when using splenda for baking - you will throw it out, it will be so sweet - from experience.  
 
You can buy brown Splenda at any grocery store.  
 
If it calls for 1 cup of sugar, only use a 3/4 of a cup, even a little less than that.  
 
also there is not much a Hedley''s or Bulk Barn  
 
Two farm kids has sugar free chocolates, but I bought them for X-mas and while they were a treat for hubby, there where 4 chocolates in a bag, depending on the kind from $5.99 to $9.99.

I’ve come across a fair amount of things that are “no sugar added” here but most of my “sugar free” items come from the states

If you get the chance to go across the border, Walmart in the states has a great selection. My favorited are Pillsbury Sugar free cake mixes and skinnygirl sugar free dressings. It’s worth the drive and as long as the groceries are made in the U.S. it’s suppose to be duty free.

Thought customs did not allow the import of foodstuffs? could be wrong but often at airports we have seen people having food items confiscated.
